**  "Starting Prices" are based on personal rates in reference to time of labor, simplicity v. complexity, program fees, and commercial free use. The above starting prices are estimates based on, but not limited to, the lowest amount of time and complexity necessary for the specified style of work. I personally hold the right to charge a personal rate per project unless specified or discussed prior to completion of the project of a discounted or change of rate. The personal rate is subject to change at any time. I personally hold the right to rate on the scale of 'simplicity v. complexity' on my own behalf as the artist and professional per project. 'Program Fees' are charges taken into account of withholding a license in order to create and render the final content for the project inquiry. These charges are included within the Project Costs, no additional charge. Upon completion of the transaction in full, the client gains the full right to use the artwork and/or files for commercial use, royalty-free, unless otherwise specified or discussed prior to completion of the project.
